I am a Pro Mua and ordered this chair to use for my business when working on location and I can say that the chair is great quality and the service I have received from Personalise Online has been amazing! About the chair- It is super smart looking and has a the high quality I would expect for the price. I love how lightweight the chair is and I am able to carry it using only 1 arm which is perfect. I have also had feedback from my clients that it is comfy too so that's great to hear. My only Con would be that the foot bar doesn't stay in place when the chair is closed so I needed to add a strap when traveling to stop it from moving and getting damaged. I know they also sell a travel bag so perhaps that is a good option. Other than that, its a great chair! The Personalisation- The process of getting my business logo printed on the back of the chair was super smooth and I really appreciated the top notch communication. I uploaded a logo Jpeg by mistake and the team reached out to me to ask for a high quality file which I am super thankful for! Although the chair delivery was delayed due to me missing their first email about the logo, as soon as I resent them a new file the chair was literally delivered to me the next day! I don't think I have ever had such quick service for a personalised Item! TLDR- perfect chair for MUA's and Personalised Online have been amazing to work with.
